The Windows release is in preparation. This policy describes the planned release and this product website. It will be checked against the final app before Store publication.

Your local data

Audio projects, recordings and exports are processed locally. Recipe settings and application preferences stay on your computer. Recording uses the input device you select.

We do not provide an account or a cloud-storage service for your content. The planned app does not include advertising, behavioral analytics or automatic uploads of your documents to Trieflow LLC. Files you save in a folder managed by another sync or backup service remain subject to that service.

Microsoft Store

Once the app is available, Microsoft will handle Store purchases, payment information and delivery under its Privacy Statement. Trieflow LLC does not receive full payment-card information through the app.

This website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site. Source links open GitHub, which has its own privacy policy.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer the request and investigate the issue. Please omit passwords, payment details and private documents.

Your choices

You control the files and local settings on your computer. Keep backups of content you want to retain before removing app data. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of support correspondence, email support@trieflow.com. Trieflow LLC provides WaveQuay and this website.
